Application and registration online is REQUIRED to avail the NEGOSYO PACKAGES and part of our due diligence the entire processes. It is also required to submit the complete KYC BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS needed before your BUSINESS, ATM-BPOS DEVICE and SYSTEMS inclusions will be activated.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted to the Online Registration Tab (such information being the "Registration Data"). Once you are registered as our Business partner, you will be asked for payment for the NEGOSYO PACKAGE you will avail. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Furthermore, you are solely and entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Business account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you.
Furthermore, You are fully aware and you acknowledge that the PHILTECH NEGOSYO PACKAGES with ATM WITHDRAWAL/CASH-OUT SERVICES, XPRESSLOAD Platform are regulated by the System & Service Providers, as such, you are aware and required to make LEGAL transactions only and any fraudulent activities or transactions will cause deactivation of your Business Account without any prior notice.
In addition, you are also fully AWARE that any mis-representation, mis-information and false advertisement bearing the name of providers as well as attacking and abandoning the company in any form from your end will automatically deactivate your Business Account. Thus, any concerns, please brought up to the higher management to resolve immediately.
VIP MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT BENEFITS & DORMANCY
VIP MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT is a PRIVILEGED and part of the HYBRID NEGOSYO PACKAGE you availed, It will provide you so many benefits and income potential such as commissions, bonuses, team profit share income and incentive points. However, you are REQUIRED to SELL and REFER at least one (1) any NEGOSYO PACKAGES with-in 12 Months from date of activation. Otherwise your VIP ACCOUNT DASHBOARD will be on DORMANT STATUS and you will never log-in it anymore.
NEGOSYO KYC REQUIREMENTS
1. 1VALID PRIMARY GOVERNMENT ID or 2PCS SECONDARY ID
2. BUSINESS PERMIT (Mayor or Barangay Permit)
3. DTI for Single Proprietor or SEC for Corporation/Partnership
4. PICTURE OF STORE / SHOP
5. BIR REGISTRATION
PAYMENTS AND FEES
All payments and fees must be directly deposited to PHILTECH, INC. Bank Accounts and to its authorized Over-The-Counter collecting partners or agency. It is strictly prohibited to pay and remit any payments to our VIP Partners and any individual person not authorized by the company. You will also receive a link to your email notification to your email address to upload your proof of payments.
PHILTECH, INC. is not liable and responsible to any forms of discrepancies due to misrepresentations of any individuals with regards to accepting payments and is violation under this TERMS and is considered null and void.
Furthermore, you acknowledge and fully aware that the payment for the NEGOSYO PACKAGES are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE if the Business account or any of the system inclusions have been activated.
PRODUCT OPERATIONAL TRAININGS
PHILTECH, INC. will provide FREE Products and Technical Trainings to the registered BUSINESS PARTNER or its authorized representatives only. Trainings are limited only to the PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, OPERATIONAL STANDARDS & FRAUD DETECTION.
NEGOSYO MARKETING SUPPORT
PHILTECH, INC. will provide marketing materials available to our BUSINESS PARTNER such as tarpaulins, signages and digital materials and marketing strategies oreintation.
BUSINESS PARTNER is not allowed and it is prohibited to post to any social media any marketing collaterals / lay-outs and videos not approved by the Marketing Department of PHILTECH, INC.
CONFIDENTIALITY
BUSINESS PARTNER shall maintain full confidentiality of all business information and trade secrets which are related to the company's operations, systems and services. You are fully aware that disclosure of any information to other parties is punishable by law.
BUSINESS ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The above-policies and agreements will constitute the whole and entire binding e-contract between PHILTECH, INC. (First Party) as corporation company engaged in the sales and marketing of NEGOSYO PACKAGE BUSINESS and BUSINESS PARTNER (Second Party) who legally and voluntarily availed the NEGOSYO PACKAGE offered by the first party.
