RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at PhilTECH GLOBAL, INC.
i. You have 7 calendar days to return the items you purchased from the date you received it provided the said item is found to have FACTORY DEFECT.
ii. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and must be in the same condition that you received it.
iii. Your item must be in the original packaging.
iv. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
v. A change of mind is not allowed and eligible for return and refund; under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
i. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/s.
ii. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
i. SHIPPING COST - Delivery fee of the products purchased is not FREE.
ii. RETURN PRODUCTS - The customer will shoulder the shipping fee for any return products/items.
iii. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
