SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY
i. SHIPPING / DELIVERY COST - Delivery Fee of the products purchased is not FREE. It will vary and depends to your delivery address.
ii. RETURN PRODUCTS - The customer will shoulder the shipping / delivery fee for any return products/items.
iii. Shipping / Delivery Fee are non-refundable.
i. You have 7 calendar days to return the items you purchased from the date you received it provided the said item is found to have FACTORY DEFECT.
ii. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and must be in the same condition that you received it.
iii. Your item must be in the original packaging.
iv. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
v. A change of mind is not allowed and not eligible for return and refund; under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
i. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/s.
ii. If your return is approved, we will initiate and deposit the refund to your Bank Account, Money Remittance and or to your credit card (if purchased using Credit Card). You will receive the refund within 7days from receipt for Cash payment and certain amount of days for Credit Card payment, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
