DELIVERY, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

PRODUCTS SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY

i. SHIPPING / DELIVERY COST - Some of the products delivery fee is not FREE. It will vary and depends to your delivery address.

ii. RETURN PRODUCTS - The customer will shoulder the shipping / delivery fee for any return products/items.

iii. Shipping / Delivery Fee are non-refundable.

 

PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

i. You have 7 calendar days to return the items you purchased from the date you received it provided the said item/s found to have FACTORY DEFECT only. Otherwise, return of purchased items are not allowed.

ii. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused or must not yet activated and must be in the same condition that you received it.

iii. Your item must be in the original packaging.

iv. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

v. A change of mind is not allowed and not eligible for return and refund; under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

 

REFUND POLICY

i. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/s.

ii. If your return is approved, we will process and deposit the refund net of net amount to your Bank Account, Money Remittance and or to your credit card if purchased using Credit Card. You will receive the refund more or less 15 Banking Days from the date processed.

iii. For credit card payments, the crediting of the amount of refund is depend on your credit cards Bank or issuer’s policy.

iv. Digital Products, Subscription Renewal, Top-up and Fund-in are not qualified for REFUND.

 

FRANCHISE REFUND POLICY

i. Refund policy for any VIP FRANCHISE BUSINESS is only applicable and eligible for UNACTIVATED BUSINESS ACCOUNT only.

ii. If any of the products and services inclusions in the FRANCHISE PACKAGE have been activated already, REFUND is not eligible.

iii. If VIP Dashboard has been activated already, REFUND is not eligible.

iv. If your REFUND request is eligible, processing and crediting would take 15 Banking Days from the date requested.
